Casio Casiotone catalog 1980
This is a catalog of Casio's first keyboard, the first Casio Tone 201. It is probably from 1980.
A unique method of assigning four of the 29 preset tones to the tone switches by operating the keyboard. At that time, there were almost no general-purpose polyphonic keyboards at a price of about 100,000 yen, so it was a groundbreaking product, especially for amateurs.
The sound source for this keyboard is Casio's own consonant/vowel system. It's unusual that the control panel is on the right side. It's difficult to operate while playing.
It is available in two body colors: wood tone and black.
